Even before you start with us, you will receive a compact information folder with all the important information about your start with us. It also contains a list of your most important contacts and a copy of all relevant company regulations. This way you will be well informed on your first day with us.
Structured orientation
Admittedly, our hospital is quite large with approximately 2,500 employees, 15 clinics and 2 institutes. A structured induction plan can help you get started. Together with your manager, you can tick off the things you have done week by week. And in the end you will be part of us.
Mentoring programme
Sometimes it takes a mentor to really get a foothold in a big house. If you want, we will therefore be happy to provide you with a mentor for your start at our house. The experienced colleagues will help you with orientation, networking and arriving.
