Clinical instructors play a crucial role in the training of healthcare professionals. They support trainees in applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations and foster their professional development.
Through their guidance and support, clinical instructors make a significant contribution to quality assurance in training. Their experience and expertise are indispensable for successful training and durcing the preparation for professional responsibilities.
In times of skilled labor shortages, the quality of training has a major impact on employee retention. Our professional development program equips participants with the pedagogical skills necessary to master this important and demanding task of supervising trainees.
Interested employees from all healthcare professions (nursing professionals, midwives, MT-R/MT-L, medical assistants, paramedics, ATA, OTA) who need to demonstrate qualification as a clinical instructor or practical training instructor as part of their role in guiding trainees.

Please include a brief letter of motivation and a copy of your professional license with your written application. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email, which will register you for the continuing education program.
