This is what the training offers

The 2026 seminar series focuses on the topic of assessment. In the seminars, you will learn how to assess and communicate exam results in a transparent, fair and comprehensible manner. You will receive input on the design of individual exam formats and practise applying constructive feedback and reflection. The aim is to create certainty with regard to examination performance, reliable proof of competence and development steps in order to promote individual learning paths for trainees.

The seminars are aimed at medical technologists and medical technologists for radiology (MT-R) who wish to professionally support, encourage and assess trainees.

 

The seminars are held in person. In the seminars, you will receive input and deepen your knowledge. Exercises will help you gain confidence in assessment and reflection.

 

The seminars can be booked individually or as a complete package.

The number of participants per seminar is limited to a maximum of 12 people.

Examination performance – formats, forms, criteria

Seminar 2:

Communication in assessment – The reflection discussion

Date: 21 April 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Seminar 3:

Competence allocation and assessment in learning tasks

Date: 19 November 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Location: Nursing Academy, Course Room 2 

You will receive a certificate of attendance after each seminar.

 

The participation fee is:

  • €80.00 per seminar for individual bookings
  • €210.00 for all three seminars
